If you are booking a set menu for Friday or Saturday evening, this will become available to book 2 days before, subject to availability. Please check the details on your voucher to see if this applies to you. You are welcome to book earlier as the ‘A la Carte’ option and use the value of your voucher towards your total spend. You cannot change your mind about this on the day. We do have a waiting list, subject to availability, which you can join by contacting our reservations team on 020 7096 9085

Yes, you can book for as many as you like. Any ‘extra’ people not covered by your voucher can either order the same set menu as you (if appropriate) or order from the A la Carte menu.

If you have a combination experience including a visit to the Shard, please locate your ticket with Serial Number ending /2. This is for your dining experience and will have its own PIN code.

Our restaurant is located at 109-117 Middlesex Street in the heart of the City of London. It's a lovely 22 minute walk over London Bridge or around 12 minutes in an Uber or Taxi. A number of busses also cover the journey in 14-16 minutes they are the 149, 344 or 521 although it's worth double checking on Google or Apple maps as routes and schedules may vary over time.
